We understand that materials are often purchased based on technical specifications, project requirements, and approved product selections.<\/p><p>This explains the conditions and process for requesting an exchange, return, or refund for Products supplied by the Company.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183316\"><\/a>1.1 General Policy<\/h4><p>All exchange, return, and refund requests are reviewed by the Company based on the nature of the Product, the type of Order, the condition of the goods, and applicable KSA laws and regulations.<\/p><p>Products supplied against a confirmed quotation, purchase order, or project specification may be subject to specific commercial terms agreed with the Customer before the Order is confirmed \u2014 see Clause 1.4 (Procurement-Authorized &amp; Fabricated Products<\/h4><p>Products manufactured, fabricated, modified, or supplied according to the Customer&#8217;s specific dimensions, drawings, specifications, material requirements, or project requirements are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or a change in project requirements.<\/p><p>\u0648\u064a\u0634\u0645\u0644 \u0630\u0644\u0643 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0635\u0646\u0651\u0639\u0629 \u062d\u0633\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u0637\u0644\u0628\u060c \u0645\u062b\u0644:<\/p><ul><li>Custom drain assemblies \u2014 floor drains, clean-outs, channel gratings, etc.<\/li><li>Custom bends &amp; fittings \u2014 fabricated elbows, reducers, adaptors, etc.<\/li><li>Custom diameter\/schedule \u2014 pipe and fittings having custom diameter or thickness.<\/li><li>Custom pipework \u2014 pipes cut to length, grooved, threaded, welded, etc.<\/li><li>Products with special coating or treatments.<\/li><li>PVC manholes or gully traps.<\/li><li>Products manufactured according to approved drawings or technical schedules.<\/li><li>Products with non-standard specifications and\/or non-stock configurations.<\/li><\/ul><p>KSA e-commerce regulations recognize an exception for products manufactured according to the consumer&#8217;s specifications.<\/p><p>Where a custom Product is supplied incorrectly due to an error on the Company&#8217;s part, the Company will review the matter and, where applicable, arrange correction, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183319\"><\/a>1.4 Procurement-Authorized &amp; Contract Orders<\/h4><p>For Orders placed through a Request for Quotation (RFQ), purchase order, or other commercial agreement, the applicable exchange and return conditions may be specified in the relevant quotation, purchase order, sales agreement, or contract.<\/p><p>The Customer is responsible for reviewing product descriptions, quantities, dimensions, materials, technical specifications, and other requirements before confirming an Order.<\/p><p>Once an Order has entered production, fabrication, procurement, or dispatch, cancellation or return may be subject to additional conditions depending on the Product and the supplier.<\/p><p>Where the terms stated in a quotation, purchase order, contract, or project agreement conflict with this Policy, the terms of the signed commercial agreement shall prevail over this Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law, in accordance with the order of precedence set out in Clause 3.1.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183320\"><\/a>1.5 Incorrect or Damaged Products<\/h4><p>If the Customer receives a Product that is:<\/p><ul><li>Different from the product ordered;<\/li><li>Incorrect in size, material, or specification due to the Company&#8217;s error;<\/li><li>Damaged before or during delivery;<\/li><li>Defective upon receipt; or<\/li><li>Missing required components,<\/li><\/ul><p>the Customer should contact the Company as soon as possible.<\/p><p>The Company may request photographs, delivery information, order details, product specifications, or other documentation to assess the issue.<\/p><p>Where a Product is defective, adulterated, counterfeit, or otherwise does not meet applicable requirements, the Customer may have rights to return the Product and receive a refund under KSA consumer protection regulations.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183321\"><\/a>1.6 Inspection of Returned Products<\/h4><p>All returned Products may be inspected by the Company before an exchange or refund is approved. The inspection may include checking:<\/p><ul><li>\u062d\u0627\u0644\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c.<\/li><li>\u0627\u0644\u0639\u0628\u0648\u0629.<\/li><li>\u0628\u064a\u0627\u0646\u0627\u062a \u062a\u0639\u0631\u064a\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c.<\/li><li>\u0627\u0644\u0643\u0645\u064a\u0629<\/li><li>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0644\u062d\u0642\u0627\u062a \u0648\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0648\u0646\u0627\u062a.<\/li><li>\u0648\u062c\u0648\u062f \u0623\u064a \u0639\u0644\u0627\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0631\u0643\u064a\u0628 \u0623\u0648 \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0633\u062a\u062e\u062f\u0627\u0645.<\/li><li>\u0648\u062c\u0648\u062f \u062a\u0644\u0641 \u0623\u0648 \u062a\u0639\u062f\u064a\u0644.<\/li><li>Compliance with the original Order<\/li><\/ul><p>Products that have been installed, altered, damaged through improper handling, or used contrary to their intended purpose may not qualify for return, where permitted by applicable law.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183322\"><\/a>1.7 Exchange<\/h4><p>Where an exchange is approved, the replacement Product will be subject to availability.<\/p><p>If the requested replacement Product has a different price, the difference may be payable by, or refundable to, the Customer, as applicable.<\/p><p>For project-specific or custom-fabricated Products, exchanges will be assessed individually based on the approved specifications and the reason for the exchange.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183323\"><\/a>1.8 Refunds<\/h4><p>Where a refund is approved, the Company will process the refund in accordance with applicable law and the payment method used for the transaction, where applicable.<\/p><p>Where a refund is approved and Value Added Tax (VAT) was charged on the original transaction, the refunded amount will include the applicable VAT, in accordance with KSA VAT regulations.<\/p><p>\u0642\u062f \u064a\u0639\u062a\u0645\u062f \u0648\u0642\u062a \u0627\u0633\u062a\u0631\u062f\u0627\u062f \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0628\u0644\u063a \u0639\u0644\u0649:<\/p><ul><li>\u0625\u062a\u0645\u0627\u0645 \u0641\u062d\u0635 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0646\u062a\u062c \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0631\u062a\u062c\u0639.<\/li><li>Receipt of the returned Product<\/li><li>\u0637\u0631\u064a\u0642\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0641\u0639.<\/li><li>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062f\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u064a \u064a\u0633\u062a\u063a\u0631\u0642\u0647\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0628\u0646\u0643 \u0623\u0648 \u0645\u0632\u0648\u062f \u062e\u062f\u0645\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0641\u0639 \u0644\u0645\u0639\u0627\u0644\u062c\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0645\u0644\u064a\u0629.<\/li><li>Any circumstances outside the Company&#8217;s reasonable control<\/li><\/ul><p>For eligible cancelled transactions, KSA e-commerce regulations provide for the return of amounts paid within the applicable regulatory timeframe and through the same payment method, subject to the relevant provisions.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183324\"><\/a>1.9 Delivery &amp; Return Costs<\/h4><p>Where a return or replacement is required because the Product supplied was incorrect, defective, or damaged before delivery, the Company will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate delivery or return arrangement.<\/p><p>Where a return is requested for reasons unrelated to a product defect or supplier error, all costs and expenses arising from or relating to any approved return or replacement \u2014 including but not limited to transportation, handling, loading, unloading, inspection, repackaging, and any applicable administrative charges \u2014 shall be borne exclusively by the Customer, where permitted by law and the agreed commercial terms.<\/p><p>For procurement Orders, delivery and return costs may also be governed by the relevant quotation, purchase order, or contract.<\/p><p>The Company&#8217;s liability in connection with any return, exchange, or refund under this Policy is, in all cases, subject to the general limitation of liability set out in Clause 3.5.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183325\"><\/a>1.10 Non-Returnable Products<\/h4><p>Subject to applicable KSA laws and regulations, Products may not be eligible for return where they:<\/p><ul><li>Were manufactured specifically according to the Customer&#8217;s specifications;<\/li><li>Were custom fabricated or modified for a particular project;<\/li><li>Have been installed or used;<\/li><li>Have been altered or damaged after delivery;<\/li><li>Were ordered specifically for a project and cannot reasonably be resold;
