This may happen when:<\/p><ul><li>Some Products are available while others need production;<\/li><li>Products are sourced from different manufacturers;<\/li><li>Custom items require additional fabrication time; or<\/li><li>The project requires phased delivery.<\/li><\/ul><p>Where a split delivery is required, the schedule will be provided at the time of the Order.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183340\"><\/a>2.9 Delays<\/h4><p>The Company makes reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules. However, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside the Company&#8217;s reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, supplier delays, manufacturing delays, customs or regulatory procedures, site restrictions, or other unforeseen events \u2014 see also Clause 3.4 (Force Majeure).<\/p><p>If the Company becomes aware of a significant delay, it will communicate the updated delivery information to the Customer where reasonably possible.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183341\"><\/a>2.10 Risk During Delivery &amp; Retention of Title<\/h4><p>Title to the goods remains with the Company until the purchase price has been paid in full. Risk of loss or damage to the goods, together with associated responsibilities, passes to the Customer upon delivery in accordance with the terms of the applicable quotation, sales order, or contract, unless agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p><p>Where delivery involves import, export, or cross-border logistics, the applicable delivery and risk terms (for example, under Incoterms\u00ae 2020) will be specified in the relevant quotation, purchase order, or contract.<\/p><p>The Customer may request cargo insurance for a shipment at an additional cost, to be agreed with the Company before dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are not separately insured by the Company beyond any statutory carrier liability.<\/p><p>The Customer should ensure that goods can be safely received and stored at the delivery location.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183342\"><\/a>2.11 Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information<\/h4><p>The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided to the Company are accurate and complete.<\/p><p>If incorrect or incomplete information causes a failed delivery, additional transportation requirements, or a rescheduled delivery, any resulting costs may be charged to the Customer where applicable and subject to the agreed Order terms.<\/p><h4><a name=\"_Toc239183343\"><\/a>2.12 Delivery of Documents<\/h4><p>Where relevant to a project, product documentation \u2014 such as technical datasheets, certificates, manufacturer documents, or other supporting information \u2014 may be provided electronically or alongside the delivered Order. The availability of documentation depends on the specific product, manufacturer, and project requirements.
