Because many Orders are specifications-based, delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, production time, raw material availability, import conditions, quantity, specifications, project location, and logistics requirements.
The Company provides delivery and dispatch services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including major cities and project locations.

For larger project Orders, delivery may be coordinated in multiple shipments according to the project schedule and product availability.
Delivery timelines are confirmed at the quotation or Order stage.

Actual delivery times depend on the confirmed Order and may vary for standard, custom-made, or specially sourced Products.
Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, the Company will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed schedule.
Products listed on the Company’s website or catalogue may be subject to availability.
Availability is confirmed by the Company’s sales team when preparing the quotation or processing the Order. An enquiry, quotation request, or product selection does not guarantee that the requested Products are available.
For Products that require special sourcing, custom fabrication, or manufacturer confirmation, the expected delivery timeline will be communicated separately.
Custom-fabricated Products are produced according to the dimensions, materials, specifications, and requirements agreed with the Customer.
Before fabrication begins, the Customer is responsible for confirming the relevant measurements, drawings, quantities, and technical specifications.

Custom-made items may have different delivery timelines from standard stocked Products.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
The Customer should ensure that the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the goods at the agreed time.
Delays caused by incorrect delivery information, restricted site access, site closure, or the absence of an authorized receiving person may affect the delivery schedule, and any resulting additional costs may be charged to the Customer in accordance with Clause 2.11.

Any visible shortage, damage, or discrepancy should be reported to the Company’s sales team as soon as reasonably possible, preferably at the time of delivery.
Claims for shortage or visible damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery may be more difficult for the Company to verify and process.

Delivery arrangements are agreed between the Company and the Customer on a case-by-case basis. Delivery charges, transportation, freight, and handling costs, if applicable, will be communicated as part of the quotation or Order confirmation.

While every effort is made to consolidate shipments, Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be delivered separately due to operational constraints. This may happen when:
Where a split delivery is required, the schedule will be provided at the time of the Order.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules. However, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, supplier delays, manufacturing delays, customs or regulatory procedures, site restrictions, or other unforeseen events — see also Clause 3.4 (Force Majeure).
If the Company becomes aware of a significant delay, it will communicate the updated delivery information to the Customer where reasonably possible.
Title to the goods remains with the Company until the purchase price has been paid in full. Risk of loss or damage to the goods, together with associated responsibilities, passes to the Customer upon delivery in accordance with the terms of the applicable quotation, sales order, or contract, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Where delivery involves import, export, or cross-border logistics, the applicable delivery and risk terms (for example, under Incoterms® 2020) will be specified in the relevant quotation, purchase order, or contract.
The Customer may request cargo insurance for a shipment at an additional cost, to be agreed with the Company before dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are not separately insured by the Company beyond any statutory carrier liability.
The Customer should ensure that goods can be safely received and stored at the delivery location.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided to the Company are accurate and complete.
If incorrect or incomplete information causes a failed delivery, additional transportation requirements, or a rescheduled delivery, any resulting costs may be charged to the Customer where applicable and subject to the agreed Order terms.
Where relevant to a project, product documentation — such as technical datasheets, certificates, manufacturer documents, or other supporting information — may be provided electronically or alongside the delivered Order. The availability of documentation depends on the specific product, manufacturer, and project requirements. Documentation is issued only after the purchase is finalized and may require additional lead time or specific project details to prepare.
